[ + ] I DIDN'T RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION

If you haven't received an order confirmation, it is possible that you typed your email address incorrectly at checkout.
Please email hello@tishapix.co.uk and we will be happy to help/ change your email address.

[ + ] I ACCIDENTALLY ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE, PLEASE CAN I CHANGE IT?

Yes we can amend your order as long as it has not been printed.
To avoid disappointment please email us within 6 hours of ordering.

[ + ] DO YOU DO CUSTOM PRINTS?

Yes i offer a wide range of customs prints that are digitally drawn once we have discussed your ideas/needs.
You can order these from the custom order section in the menu bar.

A3 - 29.7cm x 42cm / 11.7in x 16.5in

[ + ] DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

We currently only ship within the UK, the cost for your location will be calculated at checkout. However we will be looking for cost effective and reliable couriers to ship worldwide.
