- WALL ART / PERSONALISED PRODUCTS -
We really pride ourselves on quality materials and customer satisfaction so we are confident you will love your Tishapix.
As all prints are hand made to order based on your choice of size, colour, personalisation etc. unfortunately we can not accept returns.
However we do allow changes/alterations right up to your print / despatch time. To guarantee this, during busy periods, it is best to contact us within 6 hours.
In any case, please make sure you review your selections before ordering.

- CUSTOM ORDERS -
As all custom orders require Letitia to spend time (in most cases, hours) creating them, unfortunately we can not accept returns or refunds.

- FRAMES / HOMEWARE ITEMS -
Tishapix hopes you are happy with your order but understands that sometimes things don’t work out as hoped. If you would like to return your homeware or frame order for a refund, please let us know in writing to hello@tishapix.co.uk within 14 days of receipt.
Please note, we do not provide free returns and the item is your responsibility until it reaches back to us. We strongly recommend sending using a tracked service as we can’t be held responsible if the item is lost.
Please also send the item back in its unused and in original state and packaging. This will allow protection from damage in return transit and allow for re-selling.
- DAMAGED/FAULTY ITEMS -If all or part of your order arrives damaged, please contact via email with photos of the damage to hello@tishapix.co.uk . We will need to be notified of the damage within 2 days of receipt. If you would like a replacement that can be arranged.
