As you know Tishapix are able to provide the personal touch by not holding stock and offering hand made to order and personalisable products (size, colour, text) so unfortunately we can not accept returns.
However we do allow changes/alterations to orders right up to your print/despatch time.
To guarantee this, during busy times, it is best to contact us within 6 hours. In any case, please make sure you review your selections before ordering.
